KRAFTGURUS LIMITED collects such information through the following platforms. This website [kraftgurus.com], Facebook.com, Instagram.com and Eventbrite.com where our events are listed and advertised. Next, via our email [email protected] and WhatsApp.com. Last, via Stripe.com when you choose that as a payment option.
The legal grounds for us controlling your Personal Data for aforementioned purposes will typically be because: you provided your consent; it is necessary for our contractual relationship; it is necessary for us to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations; and/or it is in our legitimate interest as an event organiser.
Once you have registered, we shall send you an email from [email protected] providing you the details to join via Microsoft Teams. We shall also request you to send us your phone number so that we can add you to our WhatsApp group and send you, prior to the event date, short video(s) of the process, in case you are unable to attend the class post payment or face technical glitches during the event. If you do not want this, please email us back, at-least 1 day prior to event start date, explicitly and clearly mentioning this in your email. Similarly, when we hold the online event(s), we shall record the event for quality assurance purposes. We shall also take few screenshots of it for advertisement purposes. If you object to your presence in such screenshots, please email us back, explicitly and clearly mentioning this in your email, at-least 1 day prior to event start date. Last, KRAFTGURUS LIMITED does not give you, as a participant, and our partners a right to take screenshots and record the event(s) in any way and post them on social media, without first seeking our permission, in writing.
What we do with the information:
KRAFTGURUS LIMITED is a joint-data controller, along with Facebook.com, Instagram.com, Eventbrite.com, Google.com, WhatsApp.com, Stripe.com, Calendly.com and Mailerlite.com. We only collect and hold your Personal Data to complete a transaction, facilitate your participation, respond to your inquiries, seek feedback and inform you about upcoming events that may interest you. You can stop receiving marketing messages from us at any time by emailing us to do the same.
